Better if the trainer could use a stylus when drawing on the screen instead of mouse ad the drawings would be much clearer

The training included allot of information which I learned.. The low score was particularly at the way the timing for the virtual training was scheduled. The average brain cannot absorb 8 + hours of training x 3 days. It works for an on-site but not for virtual. At times it was rushed because of the theory component. The learning scales are different for people so there should be options for selection was limited. Practice exams was good
