Although I have no proper experience in Management processes. By attending this session I can say that I have got some really good knowledge about the standard processes which will help me in future for sure when I get to work on those areas. And the trainer has a wide knowledge of what she delivers and also made the session more interactive which helped us not to get bored.

Session and the trainer is incredible.But better if you can schedule the future seasion on weekdays and limit to max 5 hrs per day.
