Read the slides before the training. Consider spending less time on basic statistics and more on the tool.

Thanks Dinesh. Appreciate it. But could have been more into hands-on and also deep dive.

Thanks for the comments everyone, appreciate pointing out mistakes in lab, will inform relevant parties on that. Anonymous in reading... Not sure what you meant by read the slides, anyway we have to spend time on basic as audience is with mix of experience, as informed, experts have to bear with it when basic are explained to beginners :).

The content was very well delivered. what i liked about it is the usage of real world scenarios to explain the context. In some places the deliver came across as unprepared so this would need some improvement .

Xue Qun Wang March 09, 2018

Very good!

Lab 6 k-means clustering step 9 requires price. This was not in the included columns in step 1. Adding it at step 9 causes clustering dierences that feed thru to the following labs which use this saved dataset. Very interesting. Thanks John

some prior knowledge of ML knowledge is required. even though am following the steps, the problem and solution and methods discussed may not be as easy to re-implement. The instructor has good knowledge of subject. Additional slides provided by instructor were very helpful in understanding the new concepts.

Peejay de Leon March 09, 2018

Thank you for being very well-versed in this workshop. This has been a good kick-start for me to pick-up machine learning. The way you explain things is clear-cut making concepts easy-to-understand. I was also able to receive straight-forward answers for all of my questions.
